Supporting the Implementation Process of Gender Equality Plans

Project Outcome:

Implementation of municipal gender equality plans is supported by Municipal Gender Equality Councils member in three regions of Georgia

Project Outputs:

Local government representatives became aware and sensitive to gender equality issues

Raising awareness of members of gender equality council for effective implementation of action plan, also raising awareness about gender equality issues, women’s rights, national and international obligations, gender budgeting and statistics. Training was held by woman’s information centre, supported by UNDP and Swedish government.

Project duration 15. 11.2018– 28.02.2019

გენდერული ძალადობის წინააღმდეგ 16-დღიანი კამპანიის ფარგლებში, ქალთა საინფორმაციო ცენტრის (WIC), ხაშურის მუნიციპალიტეტის მერიისა და გენდერული თანასწორობის საბჭოს ერთობლივი ინიციატივით, ხაშურში სამუშაო შეხვედრა ჩატარდა.

ილია ჭავჭავაძის ლიტერატურულ-მემორიალურ მუზეუმში, ქალთა საინფორმაციო ცენტრის ორგანიზებით,  პროექტის “შერჩეულ მუნიციპალიტეტში გენდერული თანასწორობის მეინსტრიმინგი და ხელშეწყობა“ შემაჯამებელი შეხვედრა გაიმართა
