Promotion of decentralization and good governance at the local level. On novermber 21-22, reprsentatives of City halls and municipality councils, as well as the members of Gender Equality councils of four municipalities of Imereti region: Chiatura, Sachkhere, Khoni, Kharagauli took part in the training “Promotion of Gender Equality Action Plan”.

Workshop in Khashuri municipality NGO Coalition, with the cooperation of IDP Women's Association "Consent" , Women's Information Center and Cultural-Humanitarian Fund "Sokhumi" in November, 2018 launched the project: "Strengthening the capacities of the regional and local administrations in the processes of Localization of the National Action Plan (NAP) UN Security Council resolution 1325 and enhancing the dialogue and participation of women, including the most marginalized in those processes".
