The project "History of Women's Movement" aimed at preparing documentary film about women's movement and feminism development in the 90s of the twentieth century. To demonstrate the work and input of the different generations women's rights defenders.
The film presents interviews of 14 different feminists who have made significant contributions to women's rights and gender equality over the past twenty years. The film reflects the activities of CSOs, initiative groups and activists working in Tbilisi and the regions of Georgia, whose work has been made significant changes in women's rights as at the legislative level as well as in the local community, in terms of informing and supporting the population living in the local communities.
A short five-minute version of the film has been prepared too, which has been shown in the city of Kiev at the forum "Generation Dialogue" (24-26 November 2017).
