Network for Empowering Female Politicians and Gender Focal Points from the Regions Kakheti and Samtskhe- Javakheti aims to empower women and equip them with the skills to make a difference within their communities and strengthen their capacities through the trainings. Promote women’s contribution in decision making in local level, build a positive profile of their achievements and support gender-mainstreaming process at local level.
Leadership Programme/ training courses for network members will include four topics:
Human Rights/ Gender Equality
Result Based Management includes need assessment and tools how to reflect needs in local plan
Self-government’s budgeting process, gender budgeting, gender mainstreaming at local level
Leadership and public speaking, advocacy and networking tools
In total 38 women will be united under the network.
