Recent intensive two-day training focused on "Gender and Gender Misinformation," organized by the Women's Information Center. This transformative event gathered a dynamic group of content creators, including bloggers, vloggers, graphic designers, and media representatives.
Under the expert guidance of Mamuka Gachechiladze and Lela Khomeriki, renowned gender specialists, participants engaged in profound discussions. Day one explored critical themes such as gender roles, norms, stereotypes, and their profound societal impacts. Additionally, we critically examined women's political engagement within the unique context of Georgia.
Day two was dedicated to tackling the pervasive issue of gender misinformation. Participants delved into the complexities and dangers posed by misinformation, particularly focusing on identifying and addressing sexist hate speech through real-world examples. The session underscored the urgent need for media literacy to combat the harmful effects of gender misinformation in digital spaces.
This initiative was made possible through the "Women's Information Center" projects, including "Against Gender Misinformation" and "Women's Empowerment and Participation in Local Gender Policy Implementation," generously supported by ZINC NETWORK and KVINFO.

On July 26, 2019, representatives of the Women's Information Center organized a focus group in Kobuleti Municipality that included local leaders and women entrepreneurs who use / do not use the Women's Room Service.The purpose of the focus group was to evaluate the use of women's room services in the municipality for effective planning of further work.
